1. Türkiye İçi Gönderimler

VIP Kadıköy Rakun olarak Türkiye içi tüm gönderilerimizi Yurtiçi Kargo ile gerçekleştirmekteyiz.

Kargo Çıkış Süresi

    •    Tüm siparişler, ödeme onayından sonra aynı gün veya en geç 1 iş günü içinde kargoya teslim edilir.

Teslimat Süresi

    •    Yurtiçi Kargo ile yapılan gönderiler ertesi gün teslimat şeklinde gerçekleştirilir.

(Bazı bölgelere teslimat süreleri kargo firmasının yoğunluğuna bağlı olarak değişiklik gösterebilir.)

Kargo Ücretleri

    •    2499 TL ve üzeri alışverişlerde kargo ücretsizdir.

    •    2499 TL altı siparişlerde kargo ücreti 120 TL’dir.

2. Uluslararası Gönderimler (Yurtdışı)

Türkiye dışı tüm siparişler DHL Express ile gönderilir.

Kargo Ücreti

    •    Uluslararası gönderilerde kargo ücreti tamamen alıcıya aittir.

    •    Ücret, teslimat ülkesinin DHL tarifesine göre değişiklik gösterebilir.

Gümrük Süreçleri

    •    Uluslararası siparişlerde gümrük vergileri, ithalat ücretleri, ülke bazlı ek masraflar tamamen alıcı sorumluluğundadır.

    •    VIP Kadıköy Rakun, alıcı ülkenin gümrük prosedürlerinden, gecikmelerinden veya ek maliyetlerinden sorumlu değildir.

3. Paketleme ve Güvenlik

    •    Tüm ürünlerimiz özel korumalı paketleme ile gönderilir.

    •    Kırılabilir figür, heykel ve koleksiyon ürünleri ekstra koruyucu malzemelerle paketlenir.

    •    Kargo sürecinde oluşabilecek hasarların tespiti için, müşteri ürünü teslim alırken kargo görevlisi ile birlikte tutanak tutturmalıdır. Tutanak olmayan hasarlarda süreç kargo firması tarafından yürütülür.

4. Kargo Takibi

    •    Siparişiniz kargoya verildiğinde takip numarası SMS veya DM yoluyla iletilir.

    •    Müşteriler gönderilerini Yurtiçi Kargo ve DHL Express takip sistemleri üzerinden takip edebilir.

    •    Fragile items such as figures, statues, and collectibles are packed with extra cushioning.

    •    In case of damage during shipping, customers must request a damage report from the courier at the time of delivery.

Claims without a courier report must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.
